As I haven't seen it (I sent it to my son for my granddaughter's 2nd birthday) I can report that all are very impressed with its appearance and quality. I can say that customer service and the delivery are A one.

A lovely well made and charming design, but it was slightly damaged, perhaps in transit. The lock is also a little too delicate.
