Every surface of this solid bois rouge coffee table has been carved entirely by hand top, apron, and all four legs using traditional Moroccan woodworking tools and techniques passed through generations of master craftsmen. The top reveals a grid of four carved medallions spinning rosette wheels surrounded by geometric latticework, bordered by layered bands of chevrons, arcs, and interlocking forms. The apron runs an unbroken carved frieze of horseshoe arches and spiral rosettes, a pattern borrowed directly from the great carved ceilings of Moroccan riads and mosques. The legs are carved columns stacked geometric registers from foot to top, each face different, each one hand worked.

Our master carver works from memory and tradition no printed templates, no CNC machine, no laser cutting. Every groove, every rosette, every arch is cut by hand with traditional chisels on raw solid wood.
The process begins with the block. The design is mapped by eye and marked lightly before carving begins. Then layer by layer, the pattern emerges from the wood raised relief, deep cuts, fine detail lines until the full composition is revealed.
