Every panel of this Moroccan double door has been carved entirely by hand in our Marrakech workshop, using traditional tools and techniques passed through generations of master craftsmen. Each leaf rises into a tall panel shaped with a flowing Moorish outline and filled with interlacing star geometry and carved rosettes, the same patterns found in the zellige walls and carved ceilings of Morocco's great riads. Below, pointed arch panels repeat the star motif, crowned by delicate arabesque floral carving. Twisted rope moldings frame every panel, while a braided band runs the full length of the arched frame and the center stile, finished with a pair of ring handles at the heart of the door. This is not a door you walk through. It is a door you arrive at. Handmade in Morocco, custom made to your opening, and built to welcome generations.
